Amid the cypress trees and slash pines of the Pine Ridge region in North Naples, you’ll find Cypress Woods, a Golf and Country Club with a challenging course that will bring you face-to-face with the beauty of Florida. The upland areas, lakes, cypress heads and wildlife combine with an intriguing layout that bring players back again and again to test their course management skills. Cut through scenic natural land, this par-72 championship course requires you to use every club in your bag and keep it straight! Cypress Woods presents a supreme challenge for golfers of all abilities and we pride ourselves in being lady and junior golfer friendly! Our fully stocked Golf shop is staffed by PGA Professionals.

We have a variety of free weights, exercise bicycles, treadmills, eliptical and weigh circuit stations. There are no personal trainers on-site.

We have an aerobics room that will be organized for a variety of classes such as low impact aerobics, toning, yoga and others. The room is also used for stretching and ball and band exercises.

The fitness center is adjacent to our pool area.

We offer a large heated recreational pool, lap pool, and a jacuzzi. Within the pool area we have a large gazebo, just perfect for outdoor events. Our lap pool is for those continuing their workout without interfering with the recreational activities of others. After a hard day of playing golf, tennis, or exercising you have the convenience of relaxing in our warm jacuzzi.

There are also several satellite pools located throughout the community!

In addition to making some recent changes to the course, the entire practice facility has also been renovated. Our new state of the art facility allows players to warm up, work on a specific area of their game or to acquire instruction to enhance their playing experience. Located at the North end of the Cypress Woods property, just north of the second tee our practice facility is located. You have the opportunity to hit off one of many Bermuda grass stations, practice from the fairway/greenside bunker or at the large practice putting and chipping green. At the south end of the facility is the instructional area set aside for group and individual lessons. A large percentage of your game is made up of the short game. Our practice facility has a wonderful chipping, pitching and bunker practice area. Also note that in addition to using the bunkers for practice to the green, you can also practice fairway bunker shots. The putting green is about 4,500 square feet in area. This is a GREAT place to warm up or to spend some serious time working on your game!
